I’ve been trying to cut back on caffeine/coffee off and on for years. But when you have insomnia, your daily intake of caffeine is tied rather closely to your survival.

This week, I’ve been trying to survive on 1 cup of coffee per day. It’s not going well. Today, I forgot my glasses. Tomorrow, probably my head.

Wish me luck! And if you have any coffee-quitting advice, please share!

  1. Catch a nasty cold. By the time you are done with the cold (having not had any coffee throughout the disease), you should have shaken the addiction. I say all of this while drinking a cup of coffee, mind you.
